A family business is always personal. When my mother, father, and I make decisions about Saloom Furniture it is with the understanding that we are shaping and cultivating the relationships we have with other people across the country that share our passion for design, quality, and customization. We are a small company located in the hardwood forests of central Massachusetts. Over the last three decades we have created a home here, not only for ourselves but for our craftsmen and women, and for creative freedom. Our designs come from the imagination of Peter F Saloom, my father and the founder of this company. It’s no secret that his design work stands out in a market that can be painfully homogeneous at times. It’s the extra experimentation we are willing to undergo that gives us this edge, the extra prototype, the final nuanced alterations. These are the values that make Saloom such a unique entity in the American furniture manufacturing industry. This is what gives us great pride.
